Warranty Policy

  • The limited warranty period of the product is Six (6) months beginning from the invoice date of Cashify.
  • Accessories (Adaptor, Data Cable & Battery) provided with the product holds three (3) months warranty from the invoice date of Cashify.
  • The limited warranty extends only to the original (first) purchaser (consumer) of the product and in not assigned or transferable to any other consumer.
  • Customers who require warranty services should provide original invoice (with retailer name & date of purchase).
  • To avail the limited warranty coverage/benefits, the consumer must register his complaint through our helpline number (8448797261). A pickup & drop will be organized after verifying the issue in detail in case if there is no local service center. If directed to service center, customer will be provided with a unique ID for carry-in services.
  • The consumer must provide IMEI number of the handset, so as to establish the validity of the warranty period as stated above.
  • The consumer must share the front, side & back images of the handset before packing for pickup and if required, need to showcase the issues faced through video recording. Guidance for video creation will be provided by our helpline executive.
  • During the limited warranty period, the company may repair (Handset) or replace at the company’s option (replacement will have residual warranty period). If a device of the same make and model is not available at the time of replacement, a device having similar features at the same or higher price point will be given as replacement to the customer. Any defective unit or parts thereof will be replaced with factory rebuilt replacement items and return the product to the consumer in working condition without any charges towards part(s) or workmanship/labour.
  • For any damaged devices received, the end-user has to claim the replacement to the authorized retailer/PhonePro within two (2) days of receipt of device against original invoice.
  • All replaced parts, boards or equipment shall become the property of the company.
  • Warranty for Repaired product/parts will be applicable only for the residual warranty period.
  • We may subcontract the services provided under Cashify Warranty to a party without any notice to Customer.
  • This Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd and Customer relating to the subject matter hereof. Retailer is not a party to this agreement and hence bears no liability regarding this agreement. Any statements or representations made by resellers, ASPs or others that are inconsistent with this Agreement shall not be binding upon Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd. No amendment or modification shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd.
  • We shall not be liable for delay in furnishing or failing to furnish service if such delay or failure is caused by an act of God, strike, governmental action, logistics delay, nonavailability of spare parts or any other cause beyond Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd’s control.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with this Warranty Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.
  • All rights reserved with Manak Waste Management Private Limited.
  • The limited warranty coverage to consumer shall cease and no longer be available under any of the following conditions:
    1. In cases where consumer fails to share the correct IMEI number.
    2. The product IMEI has been removed, defaced or altered or not matching with our data bank.
    3. The product has been subjected to mishandling, misused, improper storage, exposure to moisture/dampness, temperature or other such environmental conditions, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, acts of god, spill of foods or liquids, wrong adjustment to consumer controls or other acts which are beyond the resource/controls of the company, and defects that arise not due to normal wear and tear of the product.
    4. The consumer did not approach the company about the alleged defect or malfunction of the product during the applicable limited warranty period.
    5. The product was used with or connected to the accessory or used/updated with software which was not supplied or authorized by company.
    6. Devices if reported to have any issue will be checked as per company’s QC parameters.
    7. Performance variations arising due to passage of time, sustained usage and climatic conditions. Any extraneous particle entering the product or damaging its physical property like water, dust, soil, burn, or extreme temperature.
    8. The consumer or his/her own, has to ensure the backup of the user configuration, user data, settings, 3rd party software/add-ins etc. installed. The company or its authorized service centre would not have any responsibility towards restoring/reinstalling/ backup for these as there are likely to be lost, changed and altered during the repair process or replacement of the unit or parts.
    9. The consumer will be billed for any part and/or workmanship/labour charges that are not covered under this limited warranty.
    10. All warranty information, product features and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
    11. This limitation of liability applies in all circumstances i.e. when damages are sought, a claim made under this limited warranty agreement or as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim, or any other claim. This limitation of liability cannot be waived or modified by any person. This limitation of liability will be effective even if Customer has advised Cashify/ its representative of the possibility of any such damages or even if such possibility was reasonably foreseeable.

Maximum Liability

For refurbished mobile Handset - Reimbursement shall be applicable on invoice value of the refurbished Customer Gadget as per following scale. In case if the company is not able to provide the handset after Repair or Replacement due to any reasons, following depreciated amount may be reimbursed.
