How to Activate Warranty (via Cashify App.)

  1. Download Cashify App on your device.
  2. Login using your mobile number.
  3. Go to My Profile >> Device Under Warranty.
  4. Click on ‘Add New’ & enter IMEI (*#06#).
  5. Click on ‘Activate’.

How to Activate Warranty (via Cashify Website.)

  1. Logon to Cashify.in/warranty.
  2. Enter IMEI (*#06#).
  3. Login or Signup. (enter your details like mobile number, name etc).
  4. Click on ‘Activate Warranty’.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Cashify: Cashify is a registered trade mark of Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd.
  2. WSA: Warranty Service Agreement for the Covered Product, the terms and conditions of which have been set out in this document.
  3. We, Us, Our: the issuer of WSA ie. Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd.
  4. You, Your: the person to whom We are issuing - WSA.
  5. Coverage Start Date: this is the date when customer purchased from retailer but should not exceed 15 days from Cashify’s invoice date.
  6. Coverage Amount: the maximum coverage amount of Cashify WSA.
  7. Coverage Term: this is the tenure of coverage of WSA which is mentioned on the PhonePro box of while purchasing the device.
  8. Coverage Type: this defines the level of coverage. Specified explicitly our WSA’s will NOT cover Accidental Damage from Handling or by any other nature.Our WSA does not include any Accidental Damage or Fluid Damage by any nature even if explicitly covered under Manufacturer warranty.
  9. Purchase Price: the purchase price of the Covered Product specified on the Invoice.
  10. Invoice: the original invoice that has been issued to You by a certified/authorised Vendor/Retailer for the Covered Product for which there is a WSA.
  • INTRODUCTION - WHAT IS COVERED

    1. Under this WSA, if a Covered Product suffers a breakdown at any time during the term of Your WSA, the Covered Product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd. A device containing similar features will be provided if a device of the same make and model is not available at the time the replacement is supposed to be made.
    2. This WSA effectively transfers the risk of failure from You onto Ourselves upto the Coverage End Date, while ensuring standardized repair service for your devices. The WSA is limited only to the manufacturing/workmanship defects in the Covered Product.
    3. Accessories & Battery have warranty coverage for only upto 3 months.
  • WHAT IS NOT COVERED

    This WSA does not cover the following components or specific conditions

    1. Physical or accidental damage of any kind that causes Internal or external components to malfunction.
    2. Malfunction issues arising on account of liquid/water logging.
    3. Issues arising out of wear and tear of the Covered Product.
    4. Issues or costs arising due to unauthorised repairs carried out on the Covered Product, improper usage and defects due to electrical wiring, plug(s), switches etc.
    5. Breakdown on account of use of any accessories not originally provided by the manufacturer of the Covered Product.
    6. Issues existing as a result of No-operating or cosmetic deterioration that do not affect the functionality or operation of the Covered Product.
    7. Any issue occuring prior to the commencement of the WSA or after its expiry.
    8. Product(s) with removed or altered serial numbers.
    9. This imitation of liability applies in all circumstances i.e, when damages are sought, a claim made under this limited WSA or as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim, or any other claim. This limitation of liability cannot be waived or modified by any person. This limitation of liabllity will be effective even if Customer has advised Cashify/ its representative of the possibility of any such damages or even if such possibility was reasonably foreseeable.

  • MAXIMUM LIABILITY

    The maximum amount payable by us under this WSA will be the Purchase Price of your product as mentioned on Cashify’s invoice. In the event that We make payments for repairs or replacements or for Gift Cards reflecting the replacement cost of an item of equal or equivalent features and functionality, which in the aggregate, are equal to the Coverage Amount, the WSA will be considered as fulfilled and We will have no further obligations, notwithstanding any outstanding term of the Service Agreement.

  • GENERAL
    1. We may subcontract the services provided under any Cashify WSA without notice to Customer.
    2. In the event of repairs of any part/s of the unit, this WSA will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the WSA. The time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
    3. This Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between Manak Waste Management Pvt Lid and Customer relating to the subject matter hereof. Retailer is not a party to this agreement and hence bears no liability regarding this agreement. Any statements or representations made by resellers, ASPs or others that are inconsistent with this Agreement shall not be binding upon Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd No amendment or modification shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd.
    4. We shall not be liable for delay in furnishing or failing to furnish service if such delay or failure is caused by an act of God, strike, governmental action, non-availability of spare parts or any other cause beyond Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd control.
    5. Any disputes arising in connection with this WSA shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.
    6. All rights reserved with Manak Waste Management Private Limited.
    7. The WSA is serviceable only within the territorial limits of NCR i.e National Capital Region which includes Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Faridabad.
